Metaphi provides an AI-powered platform that processes content from connected data sources, including Google Drive, to generate outputs based on your instructions. The Service may include content generation, analysis, and other AI-assisted capabilities.
3. Account Registration
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account using Google OAuth. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
- Generate harmful, abusive, or misleading content
- Attempt to circumvent security measures or access restrictions

5. Your Content

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Metaphi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use the Service
- Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
- Any errors or omissions in the Service
- Any content generated by the Service
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
